Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if you will not be home during the day.

How do you ensure the wine isn't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, eco-friendly molded pulp or foam shippers designed to protect bottles from impact and temperature fluctuations. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may offer 'Weather Hold' options to protect your wine's integrity.

What is your return policy if I don't like a specific bottle?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a bottle is corked or flawed, please contact our support team within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preferences or for bottles that have been opened for more than 48 hours.

Which states do you currently ship to?

Due to state-specific regulations, we currently ship to most states in the U.S. However, restrictions apply to states like Alabama, Arkansas, and Utah. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?
